About Us
Welcome to the webpages of the Centre for Enterprise and Innovation Research (CEIR). We are an ambitious, across the University initiative that was launched in September 2007.
We are development (individual and community) driven, international in our perspective, and inherently interdisciplinary in our approach. Our mission is to learn from, and inform the Practice of Enterprise and Innovation, and disseminate the generated knowledge through development programmes, advice and publication.
In realising our mission we bring together researchers from the University of Salford as well as elsewhere in the world, together with practitioners. This diverse membership structure provides us with a solid basis for the achievement of international excellence and industrial and policy relevance.
